DOP
This extra virgin oil is made from “Denominazione di origine protetta” or “Protected Designation of Origin” olives. Our DOP olive oil uses a select blend of 85% Ravece, and 15% Ogliarola olives certified to be grown in the geographical area of DOP Irpinia Hills Dell’Ufita.
This unique blend of olives from Irpinia Hills Dell’Ufita produces an intense fruity taste with hints of green tomato, grass, leaf, artichoke with subtle lingering notes of bitter and spice.
Hand-picked directly from the tree and cold-pressed in the company’s mill within a few hours of picking.
The batches of oil produced are certified by the control body AGROQUALITÀ to verify the origin and type of olives used prior to bottling.
