The IGP FAM balsamic vinegar of Modena has a density of 1.33, and is obtained from cooked grape must and wine vinegar. Aged in oak barrels.
Ideal for salads, barbecue, cooked or uncooked vegetables, all meats, wild game, fish and seafood, all types of cheese particularly parmigiano, croutons, fresh strawberries, fruit salads, deserts, and ice creams. Made exclusively for FAM by Dr. Giorgio Regnani in Carpi (Modena).
