This extra virgin olive oil is characterized by its light and fruity flavors or “fruttato leggero”.

Crafted from a careful selection of Frantoio, Leccino, Gentile, and Marinese olives.  The olive varieties are harvested by hand directly from the tree and cold-pressed within a few hours of picking.

Its delicate sweet taste with highlights of bitter and spice make it ideal for all cuisines, particularly seafood, enhancing aromas and flavors.
