This extra virgin olive oil fruttato intenso, or of intense fruitiness, is produced only with the Ravece variety of olives, harvested by hand directly from the tree and cold pressed within few hours. The herby olive fruitiness characterized by intense notes of green tomato and artichoke, balanced by bold bitter and spicy tones is particularly recommended for connoisseurs.
