This IOOC gold award winning extra virgin olive oil is fruttato intenso, or of intense fruitiness, is produced using only the Ravece variety of olives. It is harvested by hand directly from the tree and cold pressed within a few hours in our state of the art mill.
The herby olive fruitiness characterized by intense notes of green tomato, green almond, and artichoke, balanced by bold bitter and spicy tones is particularly recommended for olive oil connoisseurs.
