BALSAMIC VINEGAR OF MODENA DOP
DOP FAM Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena is obtained from cooked grape must under direct heat in an open vat, made from grapes typical of Modena, then refined and aged for a period no less than 12 years in small barrels of different fine woods: oak, cherry, chestnut, and juniper.
