MEDIUM FRUITY
This extra virgin olive oil is made from a blend of Ogliarola, Peranzana, and Ravece olives. Known for its “fruttato medio”, or medium fruitiness, its flavor is a balance of bitter and spicy tones with a persistent aromatic component that makes it ideal for fish, roasts, salads, or cook flavorful vegetables.
As with all of our olive oils, it is carefully harvested by hand directly from the tree and cold-pressed in our mill within a few hours of picking.
Bottled at the origin.
